Workout Soundtrack

Sorry no jockjams here.

Every week I put together a playlist that's roughly an hour long to help get my swole on.

Your playlist is important because 1) it gets you amped and lifting to dubstep is better than your gym's 70's radio station. 2) keeps you focused. As most of you girls have probably figured out, a stranger is far less likely to approach when  you have earbuds in. "not now chief i'm in the f*cking zone" 3) The playlist can track your workout. The first two songs are usually a slow warm up. Gradually the intensity picks up until you reach the climax reserved for the best beats. And then a song or two for a cool down stretch period (I hate stretching but I force myself to do it). 4) The roughly hour playlist keeps the workout upbeat and concise. When the music is done, you're done. No lingering around for a 2 hour social.

Here are this week's tunes-
1.Kings of Leon- The End
2. Deadmau5- raise your weapon
3. Cassette Culture- An Empire (jungle fiction remix)
4. Cobus- 30 Seconds to Mars drum remix
5. Hooray for Earth- True Loves
6. Foster the People- Houdini (rac mix)
7. Last of the Mohicans- Promontory
8. Michael Jackson- They Don't Care About Us (Mikklas remix)
9. Maroon 5- Not Falling Apart (tiesto)
10. Kings Of Leon- Immortals

There's a limit on how much I can scour itunes/youtube, so hit me up or comment with your favorite workout songs.
